Purposeful support for achieving life at the next level.
Hello and thank you for stopping by.
I have been working with clients from all stages of life for over 20 years, and my passion is to serve others by providing purposeful support so that they can achieve success in times of growth as well as during times of transition. I am trained in strategic coaching, which aims to bring meaningful progress specific to the needs of each individual client. I completed my coach training at Robbins-Madanes Training under my teachers Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes, and I hold certification at the Mastery level. I am experienced in coaching many areas of life, relationships, career transitions, grief, divorces, parent-child issues, health issues, recovering from narcissistic abuse, toxic relationships, and more.
Whatever brought you here today, I congratulate you for taking action and I encourage you to seek out a complementary clarity session to explore how coaching can take your life to the next level.

Coaching is a purposeful collaboration between two or more people to identify and achieve specific life goals by building on client strengths. Coaching can be as brief as a few sessions depending upon the client’s needs and it is future oriented. Coaching is not therapy, which often lasts longer term, and frequently can delve into the past.
One on one sessions offered by phone, internet or in person. These sessions can include significant key persons in the client’s life, by agreement.

Coaching can help you at any life stage and situation, whether you are facing an adjustment to positive life changes (a career change, birth of a child, a move, a marriage) or whether you are facing other life challenges such as a divorce, grief, overcoming an abusive relationship, or simply feeling “stuck.” Together, we will clarify where you would like to be and identify workable steps to achieve your goal. In this process, you may expect support, encouragement, accountability, and examination of assumptions and beliefs that may be limiting you unknowingly.
Most coaching sessions last about 50 minutes, and there are some situations where sessions may be shorter (30 minutes) or longer (2 hours). Coaching sessions can occur over the phone, via video, and in person. First sessions are geared toward learning about your situation, discovering your needs and clarifying your goals; typically the coach and client will come up with a take away plan of action between meetings. In this session, you will explore what you want in your life, areas you would like to improve, and what you would like to see in your future. Coaches will provide key questions geared toward gaining insight and choices toward progress and how to implement them. Subsequent sessions build upon the momentum gained.
This varies for each client and their own unique situation. Coaching can last for just a couple of sessions for some clients, while other clients may want coaching to achieve specific goals in three to twelve sessions. Some clients desire longer term coaching to attain further goals. A reputable coach desires for his or her client to achieve an expanded level of awareness and tools that will translate into the client being self-sufficient in meeting further life goals for the client.
Coaching is not therapy, which often lasts longer term, and frequently can delve into the past. Coaching is future oriented and designed for achieving specific results, generally over a shorter time span. Coaching is for anyone desiring to achieve positive changes in their life, or to simply obtain clarity for a certain area or situation. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health issues, but it can be an additional tool to work in tandem with clients who are working with a therapist.
I am trained in strategic intervention coaching, which aims to bring meaningful progress specific to the needs each individual client. This modality of coaching is a purposeful collaboration between client and coach to identify and achieve the client’s specific life goals by building on client strengths and implementing strategies tailored to the client’s particular situation. I offer individual and group coaching.
While I cannot provide legal advice, I can provide support while you transition through this challenging time of your life, and I am very familiar with the litigation process. I also can also assist you with organizing the homework tasks your attorney asks you to do for your case, whether it is assisting with sorting out exhibits and organizing discovery documents, putting together your history of relationship events, and more. (This is not meant to replace your legal counsel; it is to assist you in completing whatever they need you to do outside of their office).
Although coaching is not meant to replace therapy, or to diagnose or treat disturbances or disorders, I am very familiar with coaching people affected by narcissistic abuse. I have a specific protocol for helping you reclaim the person you were prior to the abuse and I am confident that you can get there, and move even further ahead to a rich, rewarding life!
“Jillian's coaching helped me reclaim my identity

I hold seven Robbins-Madanes Training certifications for over 450 hours of training.
